**Job Title:** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Minimum of 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours

**Experience:** Outpatient experience preferred; New graduates will not be accepted

**License:** Must have a valid state PTA license

**Certifications:** Relevant certifications as required

**Must-Have:** Capability to float to other clinics; Ability to handle a patient population focus on outpatient ortho

**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient ortho patient population.
- Expected to achieve a productivity target of 60 patient visits per week.
- Manage a daily caseload of 12-14 patients.
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
- Prior approval required for any hours worked beyond the guaranteed time.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and staff.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in line with patient care plans.
- Adapt quickly to varying clinic environments and patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
