**Job Description:**
- Work within a unit that includes 899 beds with a focus on both acute care and rehab areas.
- Collaborate with a team aiming to increase staff numbers to meet patient needs effectively.
- Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients, maintaining a patient ratio of 12-14 patients per therapist.
- Utilize EMR systems, specifically Meditech, for maintaining patient records.
- Engage positively in a collaborative and proactive communication environment.
- Flexibility to float between rehab and acute care areas as needed.
- Participate in a weekend rotation, working at least 2 weekend days within a 4-week block schedule.
- Adhere to dress code standards, requiring hunter green scrubs and compliance with nail policies (no fake nails, dips, or gels, nails must be cut).
- Be prepared to work holiday shifts as needed.
- Preferred skills include ICU and wound care experience.
