**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a patient population with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with expectations of double-booking follow-up visits as necessary.
- Meet productivity expectations with a target of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, ensuring all visits and treatments are documented appropriately.
- Maintain a patient-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate adaptability by rotating to different clinic locations as needed.
