**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours

**Experience:** Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates will not be considered; first-time travelers are welcome

**License:** State Physical Therapy License required

**Certifications:** Relevant certifications preferred

**Must-Have:** Ability to work in an outpatient setting and handle a patient load efficiently

**Job Description:**

- Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Engage with a patient population with diverse rehabilitation needs
- Deliver quality care by adhering to clinic procedures and protocols
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week and see 12-14 patients per day
- Manage scheduling to accommodate double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress
- Ensure all hours beyond the guaranteed should be coordinated with and approved by the director
- Flexibility to float to other clinics as required within the organization
