**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours

**Experience:** Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates accepted

**License:** Required for practice within the region

**Certifications:** Relevant certifications in physical therapy

**Must-Have:** Willingness to float to other clinics, flexibility to work with a rural and diverse patient population

**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services to orthopedic and ortho-pelvic patients
- Expected to see 12-14 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
- Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adapt to the needs of a rural patient population and provide excellence in care
- Compliance with clinic protocols and guidelines
- Coordinate with the director if additional hours beyond the contracted schedule are needed
