**Must-Have:**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with a positive attitude
- No new graduates, minimum of 1-year experience is essential

**Job Description:**
- Treat approximately 10 patients per day with 1:1 treatments
- Treatments are scheduled for 45 minutes each; evaluations are 1 hour each
- Handle an outpatient population including adults, geriatrics, and some pediatric cases (age >9) with orthopedic diagnoses
- Address common diagnoses like fall risk, neuro conditions, general medical recovery, unsteady gait, general weakness, and orthopedic issues
- Use Cerner Community Works for inpatient and outpatient charting
- Collaborate with PTAs for treatments and see patients at least every 6th visit
- Prefer scheduling in 4 - 10 hour shifts, or 8-hour shifts/5 days per week (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- No weekend or holiday requirements
- Dress code includes black, navy, or royal blue scrubs or business casual attire
- Department-specific orientation involves procedure observations, orientations, and gradually increased assigned treatments/evaluations leading to a full schedule by the second week
