**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services within a CARF-accredited rehabilitation unit in a hospital environment.
- Work with a facility that accommodates 20 beds, focusing on a caseload of up to 16 patients.
- Be prepared to float to other units if necessary, with potential assignments across multiple facilities.
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for documentation and patient management.
- Adhere to the dress code of Caribbean Green scrubs.
- Apply rehabilitation techniques and strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while assisting patients in their recovery journey.
