**Job Description:**

- Work in a state-of-the-art, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation environment dedicated to treating and aiding the recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses.
- Provide specialized therapy services tailored to the needs of the rehabilitation patient population, including geriatric and adult patients.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation utilizing electronic health record systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling equipment specific to rehabilitation therapy.
- Provide compassionate care focusing on individual patient recovery goals.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures while promoting a safe and supportive rehabilitation environment.
