- Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for patient caseload
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record for all treatments provided
- Manage appropriate discharge and patient follow-up
- Supervise support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants and aides
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate effectively as a team member with other staff
- Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making skills
- Exhibit engaging, friendly, and professional demeanor with patients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
