**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality therapy services in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting.
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) through the WellSky system.
- Comply with facility regulations and dress code requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients and staff.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with the team regarding patient progress and needs.

**Additional Information:**

- This position is to provide coverage for a medical leave.
- The role requires full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
- Orientation hours are not allocated for this role.
