**Job Description:**

- Administer and direct the examination and evaluation of patients
- Determine physical therapy diagnosis and rehabilitation prognosis
- Implement procedural interventions in physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Provide physical therapy services following medical screening and physician referral
- Adhere to licensure requirements
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to design and update patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home care exercises
- Ensure all therapy practices align with best practice standards and protocols

**Additional Information:**

- This position does not require coverage on holidays
- Bilingual skills are not required
