**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year required

**License:** Valid State License required at the time of submission (Illinois is not a compact state)

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) required

**Job Description:**
- Work within a multidisciplinary team in Geriatrics and middle age; no pediatric patients.
- Handle patient diagnoses including ortho, cardiac, neuro, pulmonary, diabetes, and others.
- Provide excellent quality care and maintain professionalism.
- Charting experience with EPIC is required.
- Ensure compliance with all policies concerning weekend and holiday work.
- Participate in an orientation lasting 40 hours with a preceptor.
- Fit testing is required as part of compliance.
- Provide patient-centered therapies while managing daily caseloads of 5-6 units.
- Must be open to working every other weekend as per the policy.
- Commit to working 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
- The team may require flexibility and occasional floating within the scope to meet facility needs.
