Job Title: Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Physical Therapist
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4-10 hour days/week, including Saturdays
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years, 3-5 years preferred
License: Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado
Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
Must-Have: Proof of Flu Vaccine (no exemptions)

Job Description:
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses.
- Implement treatment plans with the goal of improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Work collaboratively to shorten wait times by expanding the rehabilitation team.
- Enjoy an active lifestyle with three days off to explore local outdoor activities.
- Housing available for travelers during their assignment, includes studio apartments with amenities.
- Must maintain a permanent address at least 75 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
- Position requires coverage during holidays.
- Familiarity with using Meditech EMR systems.
