- Maximum of 3 days of requested time off per 13-week contract.
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, with no application of guaranteed hours.

**Job Description:**
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient therapy sessions.
- Develop rehabilitation programs to improve patient functionality.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for improved mobility.
- Participate in required holiday coverage.
