**Job Description:**

- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for home care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
- Conduct COVID-19 tests 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards of practice.
