**Job Description:**

- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with protocols and guidelines.
- Accept new graduates and support their initial development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality care.
- Maintain a weekly productivity expectation of 60 patient visits.
- Manage daily patient load, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
- Double-book follow-up visits as necessary and manage time effectively to accommodate patient needs.
- Obtain necessary approvals for any hours worked beyond the standard schedule.
- Utilize therapeutic equipment and techniques to improve patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care.
- Adhere to clinic policies and state regulations for physical therapy practices.
