**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a specialized rehabilitation setting.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- May be required to float to other units within the facility as necessary.
- Utilize Meditech/Nethealth for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management.
- Follow dress code: scrubs or business casual.
- Work schedule: 08:00 - 16:30 with a lunch break.
