**Experience:**
- Physical Therapist 1: Preferred 1-2 years, open to new graduates
- Physical Therapist 2: Minimum of 5 years
- Physical Therapist 3: Minimum of 10 years

**License:** Current Physical Therapy license is required

**Certifications:** BLS certification

**Must-Have:**
- Degree from an accredited university recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Certification of advanced clinical competency (for PT 2 and PT 3)

**Job Description:**

- Provide evaluation and treatment for hospital inpatients in Acute Care, outpatients, and residents of the Long Term Care unit, according to professional standards.
- Ensure evidence-based, optimum patient care is a top priority.
- Provide treatment by referral from physicians, under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation.
- Assist in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants or Aides, Long Term Care Restorative Aides, and volunteers or students.
- Interact daily with the public, other employees, patients and families, and physicians, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
