**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year required

**Job Description:**
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on individualized patient care.
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments to monitor patient progress.
- Apply therapeutic techniques to address conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with patients to set achievable short-term and long-term goals.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Ensure safety and effective handling of assistive devices.
- Demonstrate time management skills to meet patient care standards effectively.
- Work in coordination with other healthcare professionals as needed.
This position does not require on-call, floating, or weekend work. Travelers should meet all experience, licensing, and certification requirements prior to the start date. Compliance with health and safety regulations, including vaccinations, is mandatory.
