Travel Physical Therapist (Pt) In Indiana

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in a rural critical access hospital setting. Your primary patient population will be orthopedic, but you will also treat a variety of other patient conditions that present from the community and the hospital. The team's goal is to manage 8 patients per day. This role requires experience in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Patient Assessment, and Physical Therapy within a Critical Access Hospital setting.
