**Job Title:** Physical Therapist (PT)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks with the opportunity to extend

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; occasional rotating weekend and holiday cover as needed

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 1+ year experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings

**License:** PT License required

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:** Flu Shot is required

**Job Description:**
- Provide physical therapy services in outpatient settings, with some responsibilities in inpatient and home health.
- Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) on surface tablets or laptops.
- Participate in an orientation that includes unit introduction, hospital procedures, computer systems, and EMR training.
- Adhere to dress code: casual dress, excluding jeans, t-shirts, and sweatpants.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain patient care standards.
- No requirement to float to other departments.
- Provide coverage during rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
- Engage in unit/department-specific training during the first week.
- Ideal candidate should have experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy environments.
