**Must-Have:** Physical therapy experience with outpatient populations

**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services focusing on postoperative care, falls, balance, and worker's compensation cases.
- Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Engage in double-booking of follow-up visits as necessary.
- See 12-14 patients per day, maintaining a focus on quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Facility offers IAMT course reimbursement as an incentive.
- Work requires approval from the director for any additional hours beyond the guaranteed hours.
