**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services for both in-patient and out-patient settings, with an even distribution of workload between the two.
- Adapt to variable schedules, including weekend shifts, to meet patient and facility needs.
- Coordinate with supervisors for approval of any missed meals or breaks.
- Participate in required trainings and orientations to maintain compliance with facility protocols.
- Assist in locating temporary housing upon assignment start, with options available in King City area.
- Ensure all necessary credentialing is completed and submitted as a single package, with updates provided as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in weekly billing cycles.

Note: Holiday coverage is required for this position. Housing can be somewhat difficult to find, so early arrangements are advised.
