**Job Description:**

- Provide therapeutic services in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Work primarily with patients from trauma level II and those with stroke-related needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to maintain and enhance expertise in therapy techniques.
