**Job Description:**
- Provide physical therapy services to patients of all ages and diagnoses in a critical access hospital setting.
- Work in various settings including outpatients, inpatients, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Specialties include wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric therapy.
- No on-call duties are required.
- Support facility needs, though floating is not required.
- Open to accommodating block schedules.
- Housing and transportation are provided by the facility.
- Be willing to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Complete and self-report non-billable modules pre-start and annually, recorded in Workramp transcripts.
- Participate in a 40-hour orientation.
- Abide by facility policies regarding vehicle usage, ensuring vehicles are clean and fully fueled upon return.
