**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.
- Work in a critical access hospital that sees patients of all ages and diagnoses.
- Participate in the care of outpatients, inpatients, and SNF patients, as well as perform wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor, and pediatric therapy.
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours.
- Complete pre-start and annual modules, averaging 16 hours.
- Willingness to work two out of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Open to accommodating a block schedule.
- Housing and vehicle accommodations are provided by the facility during the assignment.
- Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments.
- Pets are not allowed in the housing units.
- Only the traveler is authorized to operate the provided vehicle, which must remain within a 30-mile radius from the facility.
- Travelers must clean and refuel vehicles before returning them.
- Communication devices needed to perform duties are provided as needed.
