**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and administer physical modalities to enhance patient mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Float within the hospital when required, based on unit needs and specialties.
- Complete mandatory compliance tasks timely, including module training during orientation.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate lab appointments as part of the onboarding process.
- Provide proof of background initiation and necessary documentation within designated timeframes.
- Ensure high standards of care and maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
