**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services in a rehabilitation division with both acute rehabilitation and med/surg settings.
- Work within a small facility with 10 beds, ensuring personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner electronic medical records.
- Adhere to the dress code, with flexibility in scrub colors.
- Participate in the daily routine from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Support the transitional needs of patients moving into varying levels of care.
- Follow all facility protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Be proactive in contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Please note: This position does not require floating to other units. Orientation will be provided with no preset hours.
