Job Description:

- Completion bonus available after 16-week period, subject to attendance and performance criteria.
- No more than two call-offs or tardies allowed during the assignment.
- All documentation must be completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Flexibility to float to other clinics.
- Serve a patient population focused on outpatient care.
- Handle 12-14 visits per day, aiming for 60 visits per week.
- Expected to work up to 40 hours per week, with guaranteed 36 hours.
- Overtime hours require director's prior approval.
