**Job Description:**
- Provide 1:1 patient care with appointments every 45 minutes.
- Perform appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the patient's diagnosis.
- Develop treatment plans and reassess and revise them every 6 weeks or earlier based on the patient's progress.
- Execute physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis.
- Demonstrate the use of physical therapy modalities appropriate to the diagnosis.
- Document progress reports for patients in a timely manner to coincide with physician follow-up visits, and to assist with compliance for insurance carriers and utilization review companies for authorization and reimbursement.
- Share coverage for inpatient care on holidays and weekends occasionally, alongside other physical therapists.
- Thrive in a social atmosphere, collaborating effectively with team members for optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay positive, motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent listening and observational skills.
**Additional Information:**
We can provide dorm-style housing in self-sufficient apartments, based on availability. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, with furnishings throughout. Amenities include a pool, common area games, a fireplace, and a weight room.
