Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have:
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Willingness to float within the hospital when needed
- Compliance with required vaccinations

Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Perform patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and activities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to compliance protocols, including background checks and lab appointments
- Complete required modules during orientation
- Follow hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective work environment
- Adapt to schedule requirements to accommodate lab appointments for new assignments
