**Job Description:**
- Complete and attach prescreen, resume, and license verification upon submission.
- Provide three references.
- Undergo county criminal background check for the past 7 years for all locations lived and worked.
- Federal criminal background check for 7 years or more.
- Multi-state criminal search for 7 years or more.
- Nationwide sex offender search for 7 years or more.
- HHS/OIG search and GSA search.
- Social Security Number trace.
- Complete a 2-step PPD or Quantiferon test, or provide proof of positive PPD along with a chest X-ray.
- SAM search.
- Undergo Oregon State background check - CRIMS (facility run).

Please make sure all requirements are met to avoid candidate disqualification. This position does not require holiday coverage, and it is not urgent. Bilingual capability is not required.
