**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Must-Have:** Ability to work until 7 PM two days a week

**Job Description:**
- Engage with diverse outpatient rehabilitation cases.
- Administer physical therapy treatments to improve patient mobility and relieve pain.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide education and communication with patients and their families about treatment plans and goals.
- Accept medical or religious exemptions for COVID-19 and flu vaccines.

Clinic operating hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
