**Must-Have:** Ability to float to other clinics, first-time travelers accepted

**Job Description:**
- Completion bonus available after 13-week period, based on meeting specific requirements
- Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day
- Treat a diverse patient population including all ages, general orthopedic, vestibular, and post-operative cases
- Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
- All documentation must be completed timely and satisfactorily
- Must have no more than two call-offs or tardies within the 13-week period
- Must obtain prior approval for any additional working hours beyond the standard schedule
