**Job Description:**

- Evaluate claimants/clients by administering tests and measurements (e.g., range of motion, gait and functional analysis, neurological) to determine individual rehabilitation program needs.
- Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of claimant's/client's rehabilitation progress.
- Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurement and assessment records.
- Report tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.
- Participate in the writing and presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans, including formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment.
- Plan periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress and revise plans as necessary.
- Engage in ongoing continuing education, in-service training, research projects, and program development.
- Assist in training pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students, licensed physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides.
