**Job Description:**
- Cover the Murrieta/Temecula territory.
- Average of 4-6 patients per day.
- Must be open to occasional on-call rotations; details to be discussed during the interview.
- Serves a 50-mile radius from the hub/office.
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate between patient homes (does not include drive time to or from home).
- Previous experience with Home Health/Hospice and OASIS required.
