**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**License:** Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy License

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:** Willingness to take occasional hospital shifts every 4-6 weeks.

**Job Description:**
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
- Work predominantly in a sports medicine setting.
