Job Description:
- Complete and attach prescreen documentation when submitting a candidate.
- Attach resume and license verification with submission.
- Submit COVID test results 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours prior.
- Ensure candidate meets all credentialing requirements as per the checklist.
- Rapid response crisis position requiring immediate availability.
