**Job Title:** Physical Therapist (PT)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Days 8 hours; Monday-Friday, flexibility needed (typically 8.30 am - 5 pm) - 40 hrs/week

**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a Rehabilitation/Outpatient setting

**License:** New Hampshire Physical Therapist License

**Certifications:** BLS (AHA)

**Must-Have:** COVID vaccination preferred; previous travel experience is preferred

**Job Description:**

- Provide individualized care for safe, effective recovery across a variety of conditions, including stroke and orthopedic surgery recovery.
- Support athletes in returning to their sports safely.
- Deliver rehabilitation services for both inpatient and outpatient care, including but not limited to:
- Arthritis treatment
- Compression garment measurements
- Craniosacral therapy
- Ergonomics
- Functional capacity evaluations
- Gait disturbances
- Treatment for neurological disorders
- Post-concussion and post-surgical therapy
- Splint fabrication
- Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's
- Lymphedema treatment
- Occupational therapy for upper extremities
- Orthopedics and orthotic fabrications
- Pelvic therapy-incontinence rehabilitation (male and female)
- Physical therapy and vestibular/balance services
- Speech therapy (language and swallowing disorders)
- Work with EMR (EPIC) for documentation and patient management.
- Flexibility to work during specific holiday periods is required.
- Non-billable orientation is required.
