**Job Description:**

- Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation therapy team.
- Responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and ongoing recovery strategies.
- Demonstrate a patient-centered approach and strong communication skills.
- Work within the framework of a standard work week starting on Thursday and ending the following Wednesday.
