**Job Description:**

- Schedule is Monday-Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 12:00.
- On-call duty for CVA patients is required only on Sundays.
- May be required to float to outpatient areas as needed.
- Flu vaccine is required, with allowances for medical/religious exemptions and declinations.
- Orientation consists of 16 hours of non-billable time.
- Compliance with hard document deadlines is mandatory, and communication of pending documents or ETAs to facility contacts is essential if compliance is not achieved by the document due date.
