**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population.
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with the expectation of double-booking follow-up visits.
- Ensure productivity by achieving 60 visits per week.
- Coordinate and communicate treatment plans clearly with the healthcare team.
- Ensure a high standard of care and maintain a professional, positive interaction with patients.
- Follow protocols for obtaining approval before any additional hours are worked.
- Adhere to confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
