Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of performance components affecting functional mobility.
- Develop and provide goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
- Work in an outpatient clinic with varied hospital coverage (Outpatient clinic is 2 miles from hospital).
- Ensure all services provided meet professional standards and comply with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-management post-discharge.
- Participate in continuous professional development and education opportunities.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
