**Must-Have:** Ability to see 12-14 patients per day with double-booked follow-up visits expected

**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services to outpatient population.
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain patient records and document progress accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- Adhere to all regulations and policies.
