**Job Description:**
- Benefit from a large selection of specialized services and unique programs, including:
- One-on-one, hands-on physical therapy with individualized treatments emphasizing manual therapy techniques.
- Expertise in sports medicine, orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, focusing on coordinated care with surgeons and physicians.
- Utilizing instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to effectively address scar tissue and fascial restrictions.
- Implementation of dry needling techniques to reduce pain and improve muscle function.
- Use a variety of modalities to assist in strengthening, relaxing, and healing muscles, including:
- Iontophoresis
- Electrical stimulation
- Therapeutic ultrasound
- Taping
- Cupping
- Therapeutic exercise
- Conduct biomechanical evaluations for custom orthotics, considering gait and movement biomechanics.
- Provide safe sports programs featuring performance clinics, injury screenings, and education for injury management and prevention.
- Deliver occupational health services and rehabilitation, including workplace assessments and injury management.
- Offer balance, fall prevention, and vestibular rehab, improving strength and balance while minimizing fall risks.
- Train on using EMR: WebPT during orientation, with patient appointments lasting 45 minutes.
- Must be flexible with requested time off, willing to work during holidays if needed, and understand orientation hours are non-billable.
