**Job Description:**

- Work with a patient population focused on orthopedic outpatient care.
- See 12-14 patients per day with productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-focused care.
- Ensure all visits and therapeutic interventions are appropriately documented.
- Adhere to clinic policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a patient-centered approach, offering quality care and assessment.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed to meet patient care needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and resources related to their care and rehabilitation.
