- Provide therapy services within a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.
- Cover primarily Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) units, with potential coverage in the Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) as needed.
- Manage patient care in a facility comprising 80 beds in SNF and 42 beds in LTACH.
- Utilize EMR systems such as NetHealth, Wellsky, and Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and patient records.
- Adhere to dress code by wearing scrubs in any color.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on patient rehabilitation and care excellence.
