**Job Description:**
- Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer programs of Physical Therapy.
- Plan and conduct therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and enhance patients' physical and functional abilities.
- Evaluate patients, select and administer assessment techniques, and synthesize information to establish appropriate plans of care.
- Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, and patient interactions.
- Establish functional goals in conjunction with patients and provide evidence-based interventions, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Document evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes, and patient/family education.
- Communicate patient evaluations and progress to physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff.
- Provide supervision of PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
- Occasionally responsible for climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, bending, and reaching overhead.
- Demonstrate exercises and activities to patients and caregivers as required.
- Work primarily indoors in a fast-paced clinical environment, with occasional exposure to hazardous materials requiring protective gear.
