**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
- Expectation to manage a productivity level of 60 visits per week.
- Daily patient load typically consists of 12-14 patients.
- Responsible for double-booking follow-up visits as required.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures while upholding professional standards.
- Prior approval from the director is required for any extra hours worked.
- Engage in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
