**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:**
- Ability to navigate a laptop and learn new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

**Job Description:**

- Provide care to outpatient clients with common diagnoses including orthopedic issues, post-CVA, and debilitation post-PNA.
- Treat an average of nine patients per day.
- Engage in various physical therapy tasks under the guidance of PT Manager/Supervisor.
- Collaborate with two rehab aides, including a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
- Dress code is smart casual (e.g., khakis and a polo) or scrubs.
- Participate in department-specific orientation facilitated by the supervisor and colleagues.
- Utilize the Epic charting system for patient documentation.
- Work in an environment that does not have weekend or holiday requirements.
- Complete department orientation with 12 orientation hours provided.

**Additional Notes:**

- Hospital may cancel up to three times per contract with the option to pay for full hours in lieu of cancellation.
